A conceptual design for both costume and set exploring the use of sand on stage. The design juxtaposes different locations next to each other with a mix of ‘sandy’, ‘rocky‘, ‘wooden‘ surfaces, inspired by the mention of different lands and the characters’ frequent journeys from one to another.
